Amina Hassani was born in 1990 in Shahidan District in Bamyan province. Initially, she looks shy and timid that even can not speak and describe her intension properly. But this is not the case. Persistence, perseverance and hardworking are demonstrated in her behavior. Life has taught her that in order to attain her objectives, she should always be amicable, calm and bold at the same time.
Amina lost her parents in war. Her father was killed by Taliban and her mother died at the news of her father murder. Perhaps for this reason she has interested in politics. She clearly and fearlessly explains her demands and views in interviews. Now she is living with her sole brother who is younger than her. They both study.
Amina is deeply dependent on Bamyan. She has again and again travelled in cities and countries and again has returned in Bamyan. 3rd Eye Photojournalism Center passionately accepted volunteer membership of Amina Hussain subsequent to completion of three-month training program in Bamyan in which Amina also had participated. The center would use her photos in different cultural and artistic fields so that pure and aphoristic word from an oppressed girl from Central Highlands is presented to the people in every part of the world this way.
